Abstract	The article examines the legislation novelties in state supervision (control) in land legal relations sphere in the context of realization of the Constitutional function of prosecution on representation of state’s interests in courts. The content of such legal categories as “agroindustrial complex”, “supervision” and “control” over use and protection of land has been analyzed. A particular attention has been paid to legal loop holes concerning The State Service of Ukraine for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre regulatory function and the ways to improve the legislation have been suggested.
